Entry Requirement (Visas)

Due to the official nature and geographical location of the exhibition, all non-Iraqi foreign visitors must obtain a valid entry visa to the Republic of Iraq.

• All international exhibitors and visitors must apply for a temporary work visa, granted specifically for the purpose of participating in exhibitions and conferences.
• The organizers provide full support in the visa acquisition process for international exhibitors, including sending official invitations, coordinating with the Iraqi Ministry of Interior, and issuing official entry approvals after the participation contract is signed.
• Exhibitors are advised to proceed early to ensure that they obtain their visa withinthe appropriate schedule and at least 45 days before the exhibition.

Shipping and Customs Clearance

The Baghdad International Fairground is located within an area subject to Iraqi customs authority; therefore, the entry and exit of exhibits are conducted according to prevailing customs regulations and instructions.

• Exhibitors must adhere to clearly writing the following information on all shipped packages and materials:
• Exhibition Name: 12th Iraq Energy Expo & Conference (For Electricity – Renewable Energy) and Iraq Energy International Exhibition (For Oil – Gas)
• Event Date: 22-23-24 March 2027
• Location: Baghdad International Fairground
