Important Instructions
1- The visa fee is $300 per person, including health insurance.
2- Please attach a clear copy of the passport (main two pages) as shown in the models below, and in JPG format exclusively.
3- Please attach a clear personal photo without glasses, showing the shoulders, according to the approved model for a passport photo, with a white background. It must be strictly in JPG format.
4- Please fill out the form with all required information exactly as it appears in the passport, and double-check thoroughly before submitting.

5- We would like to note that holders of Israeli and Somali nationalities are not eligible to obtain an entry visa.
6- The deadline for application is 45 days before the exhibition opens.
7- If the participant's nationality is among these countries, please apply directly via the website through Direct E-Visa:

8- Participants are required to leave Iraq immediately after the exhibition ends and within a maximum period of 3 days. Violators shall be liable to pay a fine of $7,000 or its equivalent in Iraqi Dinars.
