Visa Requirements
All visitors to the Republic of Iraq need a valid visa, the exhibitors must obtain a business visa before traveling to the Iraqis lands, the organizers will help the participant to obtain visas. The visas are granted by our company for free after signing the participation contract.
Please note the following points:
The current government regulations for obtaining a visa for participants in trade fairs are as follows:
- Participants who need a visa assistance must fill in the “Visa” form and send it by E-mail to the organizers one month before the exhibition period, please be sure to read the visa instructions on the back of the Visa form before completing the Visa form.
- The organizers are subject to the Iraqi authority as the only party responsible for issuing business visas for international exhibitor
